We have been asked a few makeup questions through our Blog and Facebook. So here they are! 

1. Question: "Is wearing makeup to the beach wrong?"

Answer: What a great question, and the answer is NO. When your out on the beach there are a few must have products that you can wear to stay protected from the sun and also look fabulous. The first product is Sheer Defense Tinted Moisturizer. This lightweight sheer foundation provides a glow to your skin while protecting your skin with SPF 15. Apply a quarter sized amount of this onto your face before going out in the sun and viola, you will be ready to go. If you want a little mascara be sure to go with a waterproof that won't run or smear. Fresh Summer Makeup Look

This fresh summer makeup look is flawless and fresh. To get this great look, takes just a few simple steps!

1. Apply Merle Norman Total Finish to get a dewey look for the foundation. 
2. Next apply cream blush in Pink Organza along the apples of the cheeks to get a pop of color. 
3. As for eye color apply Cream Shadow in Wheat as a base. To top it off apply Dessert Shimmer in our Color Max shadows. 
4. Apply Lash Lift Water Proof Mascara in Deep Ebony 

Last but not least apply Lip Condtioner + SPF 15 to the lips to moisturize. Then apply our new Lipstick in Lady Marmalade to give some color! 

Tan and Toned Summer-Ready Legs

If you're like me then you want your legs to be looking their best this summer. Whether you're wearing a cute pair of shorts or even your bikini you want to make sure your legs look sexy. Want to learn a few tips and tricks to get Sexy Tan and Toned Summer-Ready Legs? 

1. Drink water, simple as that. It's important for your body to stay hydrated and by drinking 8 glasses of water a day you will be making sure your body has enough water. Drinking water is a great and easy trick to making your legs look more toned by helping to flush out toxins and waste in your body which build up to make fat and cellulite. 
2. Lunges, Squats, and Running. These exercises are key to having your legs look toned and in shape. By exercising for at least 30 minutes a day and focusing on your legs specifically you can tone up those legs and start seeing results within a week. Take a little time out of your day to workout, even if it's while your watching TV get up and move! 
3. Last but not least, a great trick to make your legs look great is to: Exfoliate your legs using a homemade Sugar Scrub (1 cup of Sugar and 1/2 cup of Honey) at least 2 times a week. Next make sure to shave your legs. Then apply a self tanner, Merle Norman's Self Tanner is so great and goes on so easy and never leaves streaks. To make sure everything is blended in evenly grab a few sponges and smooth out the tanner along the legs. This will also get up any excess tanner on your legs.
