Free Hydrating Facials

Everyday at Merle Norman of Seneca we offer a FREE Hydrating Steam Facial.

Make sure to call ahead to schedule an appointment at a time that is best for you. You may either come in with no makeup or we can simply remove the makeup for you. After that we apply our Five Minute Hydrating Facial Solution to your face. This great product has lots of moisturizing ingredients to hydrate, soothe, and pamper your skin. One of our favorite ingredients in this product is the Hyloranate Acid. This acid is naturally found in the body along joints. By applying this great product on your skin it will help fight and reverse the aging process. So we suggest coming in at least once a month for your FREE facial to keep your skin looking healthy and young. Next the steam is applied to your face to open up pores and let the Five Minute Hydrating Solution soak into your pores. After a relaxing 5 minutes with the steam, we remove the mask. We will then tone down your face to close up pores and to prepare your skin for moisture absorption as we then apply serums that meet your skin concerns as well as a great moisturizer. Viola! Your skin will be thanking you for coming and pampering it.
If you would like to schedule an appointment simply call 882-3336

Spring is in the air!

Spring is in the air and Pastels are the colors for the season!

This Spring is all about pastel blues, greens, pinks, purples and more. The trend for eyes is a soft pastel blue and accent with a pastel pink. For this look you can use our Spring Eyeshadow Quad in "Light and Airy" to achieve this great Springtime Look. As for lips a pop of pink is the way to go. We suggest a pale pink lipcolor in "Lucky in Love".

Spring's hottest trend right now is color-blocking from clothes to makeup it is a MUST for Spring of 2012.
The trick is to combine two opposite colors together to create a look. The most popular ones include blue and yellow, green and purple, purple and orange, red and blue, the list goes on.....
For makeup, color-blocking is so simple and easy to do. Simply use two different contrasting eyeshadows shown above to create your contrasting look. This is an easy way to brighten up your makeup and for you to be fashion forward!

Taylor Swift Makeup Inspiration

Come in and try this look out.

We loved Taylor Swift's look at the ACM Awards. Create her look by following these simple steps:

Apply Eye Shadow Almond to the inner 1/3 of the lid and under the brow bone.

Apply Eye Shadow Espresso in the crease and wrap under lower lash line 1/3 way across.

Apply Color Max Shadow Chocolate Sun on lid up to the crease and lower lash line.

Blend any hard crease lines with a clean brush and finish the look with Lasting Creme Eyeliner in Black and Supreme Lash Mascara in Black.
Apply Purely Mineral Bronzer to the cheekbones and down the nose.
Apply Lip Conditioner plus SPF 15 to give lips a healthy glow
Apply Sweet Dreams LipColor on lips and line with Lipliner in Cocoas
