Beauty Look of the Week: Merle Norman of Seneca Edition

This week Beauty Consultant Anna Katherine decided to create her own Beauty Look of the week inspired by photos.  Her look was inspired by: black winged liner, pink fresh lips, and an accentuated contoured face to enhance cheekbones.  Anna Katherine created this look on fellow beauty consultant Allie.  In this week's Beauty Look of the Week, AK will explain and show you exactly what Merle Norman products she used and how she used them to create this fresh look for Summer.

Step 1: First apply Dual Action Concealer underneath the eyes to help reduce puffiness brighten the area as well.

Step 2: Next contour the face with our Natural Brown Creme Shadow. This is a great way to contour and define the face so that your cheekbones show up better and also to make everything symmetrical. I went along the cheekbones with the shadow from the ear to the apple of the cheek.














Then you can apply the shadow along the two sides of the nose to make it appear symmetrical.

Also apply the brown shadow along the forehead to make it appear smaller.

Step 3: I am now smoothing out the brown shadow with a sponge by patting it into the skin to make it less noticeable.

I smoothed it out so that when I apply the powder foundation it won't show through the powder too much.

Step 4: Apply Ultra Powder to the face as the foundation.  I used the color Ultra Cream on Allie and applied it with a brush.

Step 5: To create a base for the eyes I applied Bare in Eyeshadow.

Step 6: For Liner I used our Pro Pen Black Eyeliner to create a perfect winged top line on Allie's Lashes.

Step 7: I filled in her brows with our Powder Brow Pencil in Taupe







Step 7: I applied Lipstick in Marmalade using a concealer brush to apply it.

and VIOLA the look is complete :) Simple on the eyes but edgey with a winged liner and a bright pop of color on the lip makes for one great Beauty Look of the Week!
